In this Policy the term “Account Owner” means the Savy’s Customer who has a registered account to use the Services, whereas a “User” means a person who has a profile in such Customer’s account.
You are under no legal obligation to provide the personal data to us and the provision of the personal data is done at your own free will and consent. If you chose not to provide us with the personal data, we may not be able to offer you the Services and you will not be able to use all of the functionalities, services and content offered by the Services.
The Personal Data We Collect and Use
We collect and use the following personal data:
Personal Data, that you provide us through the Site for example when you fill in your contact details on the Site. Such information includes your name, and e-mail address.
When you register to the Services and create an account, you will be requested to provide us with your name, mobile number, e-mail and the contacts on your mobile phone.
If you are a User, please note that the applicable Account Owner shall have access to personal data that relates to you and certain rights as described in this Policy.
We also collect traffic data that users’ online activities generate such as IP addresses, browser information, session durations and viewed pages.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of personal data relates to you, the purposes for which we process personal data relates to you and whether we and the Account Owner can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
